Abstract
본 발명은 비상용 방독키트에 관한 것으로서, 휴대가 용이함으로 화재 등의 비상상황이 발생되었을 때 신속한 사용이 가능하게 되어 인명피해 발생을 최소화 할 수 있는 효과를 나타내기 위한 것이다.
이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 본체부(10)의 일측에는 사용자의 호흡기 부위가 밀착될 수 있는 호흡기 밀착부(11)가 형성되고; 상기 본체부(10) 내에는 활성탄층(20)과, 부직포층(30) 그리고 물이 수용되는 워터 튜브(40)가 각각 구비되며; 상기 본체부(10) 내에는 외부 가압작용에 의해 워터 튜브(40)에 수용된 물이 누출되어 부직포층(30)에 흡수되도록 하는 절개부재(50)가 구성되고; 상기 본체부(10)의 상면과 하면에는 공기의 유통을 위한 공기 유통공(10a)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description
본 발명은 비상용 방독키트에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 화재 등과 같은 비상상황 발생시 유독가스에 의한 피해를 최소화 하는 가운데 탈출이 가능하도록 하기 위한 비상용 방독키트에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 지하철 역사 또는 공공건문, 대형 쇼핑몰과 같이 사람들이 많이 모이는 장소에서는 화재 및 유독가스에 대한 대비가 철저하게 요구된다.
즉, 위급 상황시 대피를 위한 통로의 확보, 화재를 진화할 수 있는 소방설비, 단전에 대비하기 위한 비상 유도등이 확보되어야 하며, 특히 유독가스에 의한 질식사고를 방지하기 위해 비상용 방독면을 비치해두어야 한다.
그러나, 지하철 역사 등과 같은 공공 시설물을 제외하고는 대부분 방독면이 비치되지 못하고 있는 실정이며, 또한 비치가 되어 있다 하더라도 갑작스러운 화재로 인한 유독가스 발생시 신속하게 방독면을 찾기가 어렵게 된다.
또한, 기존의 방독면은 1초가 급한 위급상황에서 신속한 착용이 어려운 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 사용이 용이하며 화재 현장을 신속하게 빠져나와서 인명을 구할 수 있는데 실질적으로 도움이 되는 방독면이 요구되는 실정이다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래 기술에서의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 제안된 것으로서, 휴대 및 사용이 용이하고 유독가스로 부터 호흡기를 실질적으로 보호할 수 있는 습식 구조를 이루는 방독키트를 제공함으로서 화재지역으로 부터 안전한 탈출이 가능하도록 하는데 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 이루기 위한 본 발명의 방독키트는, 본체부의 일측에 사용자의 호흡기 부위가 밀착될 수 있는 호흡기 밀착부가 형성되고; 상기 본체부 내에는 활성탄층과, 부직포층 그리고 물이 수용되는 워터 튜브가 각각 구비되며; 상기 본체부 내에는 외부 가압작용에 의해 워터 튜브에 수용된 물이 누출되어 부직포층에 흡수되도록 하는 핀 또는 칼날 형태의 절개부재가 구성되고; 상기 본체부의 상면과 하면에는 공기의 유통을 위한 공기 유통공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이러한 본 발명의 방독키트는, 휴대가 용이함으로 화재 등의 비상상황이 발생되었을 때 신속한 사용이 가능하게 되며 워터 튜브에 의한 습식 방독작용이 이루어질 수 있게 되어 유독가스의 호흡기 유입을 효과적으로 차단함으로서 인명피해 발생을 최소화 할 수 있는 효과를 나타낸다.

이하, 본 발명의 구체적인 실시 예를 첨부 도면을 참조하여 상세히 살펴보기로 한다.
먼저, 본 발명의 제1 실시 예에 따른 비상용 방독키트의 구성을 도 1 내지 도 4를 통해 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
본 실시 예에서의 방독키트는, 합성수지 재질로 이루어지는 본체부(10)의 일측에 사용자의 호흡기 부위가 밀착될 수 있는 호흡기 밀착부(11)가 형성되고, 본체부(10) 내에는 활성탄층(20)과, 부직포층(30) 그리고 물이 수용되는 워터 튜브(40)가 각각 순차적으로 구비되며, 상기 워터 튜브(40) 수용부에는 외부 가압작용에 의해 워터 튜브(40)에 수용된 물이 누출되어 부직포층(30)에 흡수될 수 있도록 핀 또는 칼날 형태의 절개부재(50)가 구비된다.
특히, 부직포층(30)은 유독가스 입자의 1차 포집을 위한 한겹 또는 여러겹으로 이루어지는 제1부직포층(31)과, 상기 제1부직포(31)층 보다 미세하게 직조된 제2부직포층(32)으로 이루어지는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
상기에서 호흡기 밀착부(11)는 오목한 곡면형상 또는 평면형상으로 형성될 수 있다.
한편, 본체부(10)의 상면과 하면에는 공기의 유통을 위한 공기 유통공(10a)이 형성된다.
그리고, 본체부(10)에는 호흡기 밀착부(11)의 외부 노출에 따른 이물질 흡착 및 오염 발생 방지를 위한 커버체(60)가 접착 테이프 또는 끼움 방식으로 탈착 가능하게 구비된다.
이와 같은 구성을 이루는 본 발명 방독키트의 사용에 따른 작용효과를 살펴보기로 한다.
본 발명의 방독키트는 소형의 크기이므로 평상시 휴대가 간편한 가운데, 화재 등에 따른 유독가스 발생시 커버체(60)를 제거한 후 도 5에서와 같이 사용자의 호흡기 부위에 밀착시켜서 사용이 이루어지게 된다.
즉, 이때에는 본체부(10)에 충격을 가하거나 눌러서 절개부재(50)에 의한 워터 튜브(40)에 천공이 이루어지도록 함으로서 물이 부직포층(30)에 스며들어 흡수되어지도록 하게 된다.
이후, 도 5에서와 같이 호흡기 부위에 본체부(10)의 호흡기 밀착부(11)를 밀착시키게 되면, 공기 유통공(10a)을 통해 유입되는 유독가스가 제1부직포층(31)과 제2부직포층(32) 그리고 활성탄층(20)을 통과하는 과정에서 정화 처리가 이루어지게 된다.
특히, 제1,2부직포층(31,32)에는 물이 흡수된 상태를 이룸으로서 습식 필터작용에 의한 유독물질 정화 효율을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
따라서, 본 발명의 방독키트는 휴대가 용이함으로 화재 등의 비상상황이 발생되었을 때 신속한 사용이 가능하게 되며, 워터 튜브에 의한 습식 방독작용이 이루어질 수 있게 되어 유독가스의 호흡기 유입을 효과적으로 차단함으로서 인명피해 발생을 최소화 할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 도 6 내지 도 8은 본 발명의 제2 실시 예에 따른 구조를 나타낸 것으로서, 워터 튜브(40)에는 물 수용부의 개폐를 위한 스티커(41)가 부착 구비되되, 상기 스티커(41)는 본체부(10) 일측으로 그립부(손잡이부)가 노출된 상태를 이루도록 하였다.
이와 같은 구조를 이루게 되면, 화재 등 비상상황 발생시 스티커(41)의 그립부를 잡아당겨서 스티커(41)를 워터 튜브(40)로 부터 분리시켰을 때 워터 튜브(40)에 수용된 물이 누출되어 부직포층(30)에 흡수되어질 수 있게 된다.
따라서, 절개부재(50)와 같은 날카로운 부품의 사용 없이도 워터 튜브(40)의 개폐가동이 이루어질 수 있게 됨으로, 사용 과정에서 절개부재(50)로 인한 부상 발생 등 안전사고 발생을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 도 9 및 도 10은 본 발명의 제3 실시 예에 따른 구성을 나타낸 것으로서, 본체부(10) 중앙에는 중앙통공(12)이 관통 형성되고, 상기 중앙통공(12)에는 강화 유리 파괴를 위해 선단부에 첨부(71)가 형성된 충격구(70)가 삽입 구성되며, 상기 충격구(70)는 일정 곡률형상을 이루는 판스프링(80)에 의해 지지되고, 상기 충격구(70)의 후단부에는 타격력 전달을 위한 가동부(72)가 일체로 구비된다.
그리고, 중앙통공(12)의 선단부에는 충격구(70)의 첨부(71)에 의한 부상 발생을 방지하기 위한 보호판(90)이 구비되되, 상기 보호판(90)의 제거가 가능하도록 보호판(90) 일측에는 안전핀(91)이 구비되고, 본체부(10)의 일측에는 유리면 접착을 위한 접착층(92)이 구성된다.
이와 같은 구성을 이루게 되면, 차량내 또는 건물내에 갇혔을 때 충격구(70)를 이용하여 강화유리를 파괴하고 탈출할 수 있게 된다.
즉, 이때에는 접착층(92)을 이용하여 강화유리에 본체부(10)를 부착시킨 상태에서 사용자가 가동부(72)를 눌러서 충격을 가하게 되면, 가동부(72)로 부터 가해지는 힘에 더하여 판스프링(80)의 순간적인 탄성력이 충격구(70)에 전달되어지게 된다.
이에 따라 충격구(70)가 강한 탄성력을 받아 전진되어지면서 첨부(71)가 강화유리를 타격하게 됨으로서 강화유리가 깨지게 되어 외부로의 탈출이 신속하게 이루어질 수 있게 된다.

- 본체부(10)의 일측에는 사용자의 호흡기 부위가 밀착될 수 있는 호흡기 밀착부(11)가 형성되고;
상기 본체부(10) 내에는 활성탄층(20)과, 부직포층(30) 그리고 물이 수용되는 워터 튜브(40)가 각각 구비되며;
상기 본체부(10) 내에는 외부 가압작용에 의해 워터 튜브(40)에 수용된 물이 누출되어 부직포층(30)에 흡수되도록 하는 핀 또는 칼날 형태의 절개부재(50)가 구성되고;
상기 본체부(10)의 상면과 하면에는 공기의 유통을 위한 공기 유통공(10a)이 형성되며,

상기 부직포층(30)은 유독가스 입자의 1차 포집을 위한 1겹 이상으로 구성되는 제1부직포층(31)과, 상기 제1부직포층(31) 보다 미세하게 직조된 제2부직포층(32)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상용 방독키트. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 충격구(70)는 일정 곡률형상을 이루는 판스프링(80)에 의해 지지되고, 상기 충격구(70)의 후단부에는 타격력 전달을 위한 가동부(72)가 일체로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 비상용 방독키트. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 중앙통공(12)의 선단부에는 충격구(70)의 첨부(71)에 의한 부상 발생을 방지하기 위한 보호판(90)이 구비되되, 상기 보호판(90)의 제거가 가능하도록 보호판(90) 일측에는 안전핀(91)이 구비되며, 본체부(10)의 일측에는 유리면 접착을 위한 접착층(92)이 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비상용 방독키트
