Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un équipement d'exercice pour un appui renversé, lequel équipement disperse la charge concentrée sur la cheville uniquement lorsqu'un utilisateur allongé sur le panneau de dos fait tourner l'équipement dans une position d'appui renversé telle que la cheville, les genoux et la taille peuvent être protégés, et que des personnes âgées ou quiconque ayant des articulations fragiles peut utiliser l'équipement sans grande difficulté. L'équipement d'appui renversé selon la présente invention comprend : une base (2) située sur le sol et comprenant une poignée (28) au sommet ; un panneau de dos (3) articulé à la base (2) d'une manière rotative, le panneau de dos (3) étant conçu de façon à permettre à un utilisateur d'être allongé sur celui-ci ; et un support de bas du corps en forme de « L » (4) couplé à la partie inférieure du panneau de dos sous la forme d'une unité, le siège de bas du corps comprenant un siège (42) où peut s'asseoir l'utilisateur et une barre de fixation de chevilles (445) disposée à l'extrémité inférieure ; et un amortisseur (5) pour communiquer une force d'amortissement, tout en reliant le panneau de dos (3) et la base (2).
