Abstract

The present invention relates to exercise equipment for a handstand, which disperses the concentrated load on the ankle only when a user lying on the back panel rotates the equipment in a handstand position such that the ankle, knees and waist can be protected and that elderly people or anyone having weak joints can use the equipment without much difficulty. The handstand equipment of the present invention comprises: a base (2) seated on the ground and including a handle (28) on the top; a back panel (3) hinged to the base (2) in a rotatable manner, with the back panel (3) being designed to allow a user to lie thereon; an 'L' shaped lower body support (4) coupled to the lower portion of the back panel as one unit, the lower body seat including a seat (42) where the user can sit and an ankle fixing bar (445) provided at the lower end; and a buffer (5) for providing a buffering force, while connecting the back panel (3) and the base (2).
