Abstract
본 발명은 치아 및 악골의 엑스선 영상을 촬영하기 위한 엑스선 촬영 장치에 있어서, 구강 내에 위치시킬 수 있는 튜브형 엑스선 발생부와, 상기 엑스선 발생부에 대응하는 상기 구강 외측 영역에 위치하여 안면부에 대응하여 이동 가능한 엑스선 검출부 또는 안면부과 유사한 곡면 형상의 엑스선 검출부로 이루어진 엑스선 촬영 장치를 제공한다. 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 구강 내부에 엑스선 발생 장치를 위치시키고, 구강 외측에 이동형 센서 또는 대면적 센서를 배치하여 엑스선 영상을 획득함으로 인해 환자의 엑스선 노출량을 최소화한 채로 대면적의 치아 엑스선 영상을 획득하고, 종래의 파노라마 방식의 엑스선 발생장치나 구강센서형 엑스선 발생장치가 가지는 과도한 엑스선 노출 및 구강 내 이물감을 줄여주어 환자의 안전과 편의성을 높여주고, 의료진의 정확한 판단에 도움을 주는 대면적의 선명한 영상을 최소한의 촬영 횟수로 획득하는 것이 가능하다.
