Abstract

The present invention relates to a biologicallyactive complex, comprising a combination of at least one biologically active component at the level of mitochondrial DNA and at least one biologically active component at the level of the nuclear DNA, its use for the cosmetic anti- aging treatment of the skin and cosmetic compositions containing it.
