Abstract
L'invention concerne des procédés, des compositions, des systèmes, des appareils et des trousses comprenant des protéines modifiées, en particulier des protéines de liaison d'acide nucléique modifiées présentant des propriétés de tamponnage modifiées. Par exemple, dans certains modes de réalisation, des procédés consistent à former des protéines modifiées contenant une ou plusieurs modifications d'acide aminé pour atteindre des valeurs pKa voulues.
