Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de matières filiformes destinées en particulier à des utilisations médicales, notamment pour produire des sutures ou analogues. Ce procédé consiste essentiellement à imprégner un fil constitué de fibres d'une solution de collagène contenant un constituant antiseptique constitué d'une nanodispersion de poudres de bentonite modifiées par intercalage d'ions Ag+ et/ou Cu2+ et par séchage successif. La quantité des métaux présents dans la poudre de bentonite est comprise entre 2 et 8% en poids. Le rapport entre les ions Ag+ et Cu2+, lorsqu'ils sont tous les deux présents, est de 1 : (0,3 à 0,5). Les fils obtenus présentent des propriétés antimicrobiennes prolongées par rapport à un large spectre de micro-organismes gram-positifs et gram-négatifs et une toxicité diminuée. En outre, ils présentent une capacité d'absorption accrue.
