Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gießereiadditiv, welches einen fein gemahlenen, vorzugsweise mikrokristallinen oder amorphen Grafit enthält. Der Grafit weist eine mittlere Partikelgröße D50 von weniger als 100 μm und vorzugsweise eine mittlere Kristallitgröße von weniger als 70 nm auf. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Formstoffmischung, welche das Gießereiadditiv enthält, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieses Gießereiadditivs, eine Gießereiform, aus einem körnigen feuerfesten Formstoff, welche das Gießereiadditiv enthält und die Verwendung der Gießereiform für den Metallguss.
