Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Dispersion, die metalloxidische Nanopartikel in einer Flüssigphase enthält, das folgende Schritte umfasst: (a) Zerstäuben einer Metallschmelze unter Erhalt eines metallischen Pulvers, (b) optional Verformen des in Schritt (a) erhaltenen metallischen Pulvers, (c) Oxidieren des in Schritt (a) oder (b) erhaltenen metallischen Pulvers unter Erhalt eines metalloxidischen Pulvers, (d) Zerkleinern des in Schritt (c) erhaltenen metalloxidischen Pulvers in Gegenwart einer Flüssigphase unter Erhalt einer Dispersion, deren metalloxidischen Partikel eine Partikelgröße d90.Oxid von weniger als 300 nm aufweisen. Die Erfindung betrifft des weiteren eine nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren erhältliche Dispersion.
