Abstract
Internal combustion engine comprising a rotating piston (2) and a rotating cylinder (1) which define a working chamber, the working chamber cyclically compress and expand by action of the combustion and causes a cyclical variation in the angular speed of the piston (2) and the cylinder (1). The torque output is through the central shaft (15).
