Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition containing oligo-hyaluronic acid for promoting the stemness of skin cells and for stimulating differentiation, and more specifically, to a composition containing oligo-hyaluronic acid as an active ingredient for promoting the stemness of skin cells and for stimulating differentiation, and to a method for stimulating the differentiation of adult skin stem cells using same. According to the present invention, unlike existing hyaluronic acid, oligo-hyaluronic acid exhibits the effects of stimulating differentiation in epidermal cells and enhancing the function of epidermal cells by increasing the expression of markers of the epidermal stem cells in skin tissue to restore the stemness of the epidermal cells.
