Abstract
L'invention concerne un système pouvant présenter au moins une région de réaction comprenant un échantillon biologique ; un mécanisme de régulation de la température configuré pour réguler la température de la ou des régions de réaction ; une lampe sans électrode configurée pour éclairer la ou les régions de réaction ; et un détecteur configuré pour détecter au moins un signal provenant de la ou les régions de réaction. L'invention concerne également un procédé de détection d'au moins une cible dans un échantillon biologique qui peut consister à réguler la température d'un échantillon biologique comprenant au moins une cible ; à exciter au moins un marqueur pour produire un signal d'émission, l'excitation consistant à éclairer l'échantillon biologique avec de la lumière provenant d'une lampe sans électrode ; et à détecter le signal d'émission.
