Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant un accès vasculaire, en particulier un dispositif intra-osseux. Ce dispositif comprend une unité de pénétration permettant de pénétrer dans un site de pénétration, une unité d'entraînement accouplée à l'unité de pénétration pour entraîner l'unité de pénétration dans le site de pénétration, et une unité d'aspiration accouplée à l'unité de pénétration pour aspirer un échantillon à partir du site de pénétration. L'invention concerne également un dispositif intra-osseux comprenant une unité de pénétration, une unité d'entraînement et un ensemble de guidage. L'unité de pénétration comprend un manchon de conduit présentant un conduit fluidique fixé à l'intérieur dudit manchon, et un trocart reçu dans le conduit fluidique pour pénétrer dans le site de pénétration. L'unité d'entraînement est accouplée à l'unité de pénétration pour entraîner l'unité de pénétration dans le site de pénétration. L'ensemble de guidage renferme le manchon de conduit pour empêcher que le conduit fluidique se courbe ou se déplace latéralement.
