Abstract

La présente invention concerne une méthode d'identification ou de séparation de cellules souches mésenchymateuses par emploi d'une protéine TM4SF1 spécifiquement exprimée dans les cellules souches mésenchymateuses. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne une composition contenant un anticorps anti-TM4SF1 pour l'identification ou la séparation de cellules souches mésenchymateuses, et une puce à protéines et un kit d'identification de cellules souches mésenchymateuses contenant un anticorps anti-TM4SF1. En outre, la présente invention concerne une méthode d'identification de cellules souches mésenchymateuses par emploi d'un anticorps anti-TM4SF1, ainsi qu'une méthode de séparation et de purification desdites cellules souches.
