Abstract

본 발명은 은 페이스트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 태양전지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 은 페이스트 조성물은 반사방지막 상에 도포되며, 은 분말, 글래스 프릿 분말, 유기 바인더, 및 가소제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 태양전지 전면전극 형성용 은 페이스트 조성물은 인쇄패턴이 균일하고 기판과의 접착력이 우수하다.
