3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的填充器, 其特征是: 所迷小直径外套管的长度 为 0-10毫米。

6. 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的填充器, 其特征是: 所述外套管内凸台的长度 为 0. 5〜10毫米。 .
7. 根据权利要求 1或 4所述的填充器, 其特征是: 所述料袋的长度在 10 - 50 毫米之间。
8. 根据权利要求 1或 4所述的填充器, 其特征是: 所述的料袋是单层。
9. 根据权利要求 1或 4所述的填充器, 其特征是: 所述的料袋是在料袋外壁 还有料袋保护层。
