Abstract

　椎体外へのセメントの漏洩を防止し、生体に対し悪影響が及ぶことを防止する。椎弓根Ａに形成された貫通孔Ｂを介して椎体Ｃ内の空間に先端を配置する導入管２と、該導入管２の先端に着脱可能に取り付けられ、収縮した状態で、貫通孔Ｂを介して椎体Ｃ内に挿入可能であり、椎体Ｃ内において膨張させられる膜状の弾性材料からなるバルーン３と、導入管２を介してバルーン３内に供給されるセメント４とを備え、導入管２に、該導入管２およびバルーン３内に閉じ込められた空気を排出する空気抜き部６が備えられている椎体圧迫骨折整復ユニット１を提供する。
