Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour préparer des thiophènes 3,4-substitués par réaction d'un dérivé d'acide thiophènedicarboxylique dans un solvant polaire aprotique en présence d'un mélange de catalyseurs de 1,8-diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undéc-7-ène et d'un sel de cuivre. Les thiophènes 3,4-substitués selon la présente invention sont préparés de manière à avoir une pureté élevée et un rendement élevé et présentent un avantage en ce qu'une réaction est efficacement générée à 100 à 180 °C, ce qui est une température plus basse que celle de l'art connexe, en utilisant un catalyseur contenant du 1,8-diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undéc-7-ène (DBU) et un sel de cuivre.
