Abstract

Une enceinte de distillation (162), à courants d'air, renferme des plaques creuses minces en polymère, à garnissage hydrophile, juxtaposées écartées à pas constant. Des séries verticales de reliefs horizontaux assurent un écoulement uniforme du liquide dans ces garnissages. Des canaux plats verticaux internes et externes, constituent des chambres individuelles de condensation et d'évaporation. Des conduits internes horizontaux calibrés sont aboutés à ces canaux internes. Une chaudière (168), à échangeurs thermiques (242-244) traversés par un liquide caloporteur, produit un courant total d'air saturé à température haute extrême (85°C) et de l'eau à distiller chaude, déversée dans une cuvette (240) alimentant des gouttières d'épandage (80). A travers un plateau (103) à fentes calibrées, un ventilateur (206) injecte de l'air ambiant dans les canaux externes. Des courants d'air saturé, à débits et températures uniformes, montent dans les chambres d'évaporation. Le courant total d'air saturé produit par la chaudière (168), est en grande partie injecté dans les entrées des plaques creuses et en petite partie, dans une chambre de préchauffage de l'eau à distiller. Des courants d'air saturé uniformes descendent dans les chambres de condensation. L'eau distillée se con- dense sur les faces internes des plaques et la saumure coule le long de leurs faces externes. Des gouttières aménagées dans le plateau à fentes (103) collectent ces liquides sans risquer de les mélanger. Le coefficient de performance (CoP) du distillateur est élevé, grâce à l'équi-répartition du liquide et des courants d'air dans l'appareil. Applications : Distillation de tout liquide. Production de concentrés Distillateurs à eau domestiques (20 l/h) ou collectifs (25 m3/jour).
