Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Kalibrieren eines schmelzeförmigen Kunststoffstranges mit einem einstückigen, galvanisch abgeschiedenen, bereits in seinem spannungsfreien Ausgangszustand einen runden Querschnitt aufweisenden, in Längsrichtung eine Auftrennung (6,7) aufweisenden Formkörper (20), durch welchen der schmelzeförmige Kunststoffstrang geführt wird und dessen Durchmesser im Betrieb einstellbar ist, sowie ein entsprechendes Verfahren. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung.
