Abstract
본 개시는 유도 조직 재생(guided tissue regeneration)을 위한 다공성 지지체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 개시에 따른 다공성 지지체는 생분해가 가능하여 부가적인 제거수술이 필요하지 않고, 조직 재생 및 기계적 물성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 천연 고분자만으로 구성되어 이식시 문제시되는 면역반응(immune response)을 거의 일으키지 않아 생체적합성이 우수하며, 직조된 실크가 사용되어 봉합이 가능하여 지지체의 물성을 향상시키므로 치조골 또는 치주인대를 포함한 조직의 재생뿐만 아니라 정형외과 영역의 골재생 촉진 기질로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
