Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for permanently waving hair, which has a novel configuration for conducting a permanent hair-waving process by winding the hair from the hair root. According to the present invention, the device for permanently waving hair and capable of curling the hair from the hair root comprises: a handle (110); a rod support member (130) coupled to the handle (110); a hair-setting rod (140) which is detachably coupled to the rod support member (130) and on the outer surface of which hair (1) is wound and set; and a curling clip (150) which covers a portion of the circumference of the hair setting rod, and one end of which is rotatably coupled to the handle (110) or to the rod support member (130) such that the curling clip (150) approaches or is spaced apart from the hair-setting rod (140) coupled to the rod support member (130). One lengthwise end of the curling clip (150) has a comb (158) formed integrally therewith.
