Abstract
La présente invention concerne un mamelon d'alimentation en eau pour élevage de bétail. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention est caractérisée par un mamelon d'alimentation en eau pour élevage de bétail installé sur une conduite d'alimentation en eau et qui, lorsque le bétail actionne une valve de mamelon avec sa bouche pour obtenir de l'eau de boisson, libère une quantité prédéterminée d'eau de boisson et permet l'absorption d'eau. Le mamelon d'alimentation en eau comprend un carter 10 de mamelon, une valve 20, une garniture caoutchoutée 30, un joint torique 26 et un bouchon 40 de fixation. Le carter 10 de mamelon communique avec un raccord 12 de conduite 1 et un orifice inférieur 16 de sortie. La valve 20 est formée de façon à présenter une partie saillante 24 à une extrémité supérieure d'une plaque 22 d'obturation qui s'étend jusqu'à une partie inférieure du carter 10 de mamelon et qui ouvre / ferme l'orifice 16 de sortie et à présenter une rainure 25 d'alimentation en eau s'ouvrant de la partie saillante 24 à une face de la plaque 22 d'obturation. Un trou débouchant central 32 de la garniture caoutchoutée 30 est plaqué intimement à la partie saillante 24. La garniture caoutchoutée 30 s'étend dans le sens de la longueur et est plissée en échelons multiples. Le joint torique 26 empêche des fuites d'eau entre la plaque 22 d'obturation et la sortie 16. Le bouchon 40 de fixation coopère avec une partie supérieure du carter 10 de mamelon, comprime et se plaque intimement à la garniture caoutchoutée 30, et permet à un trou 42 de communication d'amener de l'eau de boisson en communiquant avec le trou débouchant 32.
