Abstract

본 발명은 이산화탄소 측정장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게 본 발명은 가열수단 일측에 기준전극 신호 전달 패턴이 형성되어 가열수단과 이산화탄소센서가 접촉된 부분 외측에 이산화탄소 농도 측정을 위해 연결되는 기전력 리드선이 연결됨으로써 틈이 발생되지 않으며, 밀봉재가 상기 기준전극으로 확산되어 기전력에 영향을 주는 것을 방지하여 내구성을 높일 수 있으며 이산화탄소 농도 측정의 정확도 및 신뢰성을 높일 수 있는 이산화탄소 측정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 이산화탄소 측정장치(1000)는 고체전해질(110), 상기 고체전해질(110)의 일측면 또는 양측면에 형성되는 기준전극(120) 및 감지전극(130)을 포함하는 이산화탄소센서(100); 일측에 발열부(220)가 형성된 세라믹 기판(210)을 포함하는 가열수단(200); 및 상기 기준전극(120)과 상기 감지전극(130)에 연장되는 기전력 리드선(300); 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 이산화탄소 측정장치는 기준전극 신호 전달 패턴이 형성된 가열수단이 이용됨으로써 리드선이 이산화탄소센서와 가열수단의 접촉부위 외측에 형성되어 상기 이산화탄소센서와 가열수단이 더욱 효율적으로 접합되며, 밀봉재가 상기 기준전극으로 확산되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 확산 방지층이 형성되어 이산화탄소 농도 측정의 신뢰성을 더욱 높일 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 이산화탄소 측정장치는 발열 패턴을 보호하는 발열 패턴 보호층이 형성된 가열수단을 이용함으로써 고온 구동에 따른 발열 패턴의 형상이 변화하는 것을 방지하고, 외부 환경으로부터의 영향을 최소화하여 일정한 구동 온도를 제공함으로써 안정적으로 이산화탄소의 농도를 측정할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 아울러, 본 발명의 이산화탄소 측정장치는 제작의 재현성이 우수하고 대량생산이 용이하여 생산성을 높일 수 있으며 내구성을 높일 수 있는 장점이 있다.
