Abstract

The present invention relates to a toothbrush manufactured by injection molding and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the toothbrush comprises: a body unit which is connected to a driving unit for an electric toothbrush or forms a grip on the toothbrush; a head unit which is extended from the body unit and supports bristles of the toothbrush in the lower side of the toothbrush; the bristles which are placed on the head unit and directly come in contact with teeth when brushing teeth, wherein the bristles are characterized in being manufactured by injection molding. Unlike existing manufacturing methods, the invention enables the fabrication of the bristles through injection molding. Therefore, the invention is able to reduce an impact on teeth by reducing loss, fraying, or separation of the bristles and promotes simplicity of manufacturing.
