L'invention concerne une composition qui comprend une combinaison extrudée de graine de lin, de son de blé et de farine de tournesol. En outre, la présente invention concerne l'utilisation de ladite composition en tant que complément alimentaire pour animaux, et l'obtention, à travers l'utilisation dudit complément, de lait enrichi en acides α-linolénique et ruménique.
