Abstract

Procédé de chauffage d'un cru minéral dans un four de cuisson de type four tunnel ayant un foyer avec une entrée amont, une sortie ava let des parois latérales équipées de brûleurs, procédé dans lequel le cru est transporté en nappe d'épaisseur sensiblement constante le long d'un trajet de traitement où le cru est chauffé et cuit au moyen desdits brûleurs de manière à obtenir un produit cuit, ledit trajet étant situé entre l'entrée amont et la sortie aval du foyer, caractérisé en ce que lesdits brûleurs comportent au moins un injecteur de combustible et au moins un injecteur d'oxydant et sont positionnés et orientés de manière à ce que leurs flammes n'impactent pas la nappe, le au moins un injecteur d'oxydant étant positionné par rapport à le au moins un injecteur de combustible de manière à ce que le ou moins un jet de combustible injecté par le au moins un injecteur de combustible est séparé de la nappe par au moins un jet d'oxydant injecté par au moins un injecteur d'oxydant.
