Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité maniable présentant une puce d'analyse (1) destinée à déterminer la présence d'un analyte dans un fluide, en particulier un capteur SAW comportant plusieurs éléments capteurs, et une cuve de circulation pour guider le fluide sur la surface de la puce d'analyse (1) sensible à l'analyte. La cuve de circulation présente une partie couvercle (3) qui est placée sur la surface sensible du capteur; le bord de la partie couvercle (3) s'appuie sur la surface du capteur de manière étanche par au moyen d'un joint. Il est prévu des moyens pour contraindre la partie couvercle (3) contre le joint et la puce d'analyse (1) présente des pistes conductrices qui sont destinées à faire contact avec la surface sensible et mènent hors de la cuve de circulation.
