Abstract

 本発明は、医療用組織結合材料、特に骨組織の再建に用いられる骨再建材および経皮端子などの生体軟組織と結合する軟組織結合材、ならびにそれらの製造方法に関するものである。とりわけ本発明は、カルシウムが母材(チタンおよびチタン合金を含まない)表面に結合していることを特徴とする医療用組織結合性材料に関し、当該医療用組織結合性材料の製造方法として、カルシウムイオンを含有する溶液に母材を浸漬することを含む製造方法に関する。母材表面に水酸基、カルボキシル基、スルホン酸基、アミノ基、シラノール基、リン酸基の群から選ばれる少なくとも一つの官能基形成処理を行うことも有効である。
