Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé et un dispositif pour broyer sélectivement une lampe de manière efficace dans un système de recyclage en masse ciblé sur une lampe fluorescente mise au rebut. Le dispositif comprend une machine de broyage et un boîtier de réception de verre (6) pour porter la machine de broyage et recevoir des éclats de verre (5) broyés par la machine de broyage, la machine de broyage (3) comportant une chambre de broyage cylindrique (7) portée sur le boîtier de réception de verre (6), un arbre rotatif (8) tournant dans la chambre de broyage (7) et un marteau (9), aucun espace plus large que ce qui est nécessaire pour permettre au marteau (9) de tourner n'étant prévu entre le marteau (9) et la chambre de broyage (7), et la chambre de broyage (7) étant inclinée vers le bas depuis l'extrémité en amont vers l'extrémité en aval et comportant au fond de celle-ci un tamis (15) pour permettre aux éclats de verre broyés seulement de passer à travers celui-ci, moyennant quoi les parties de verre uniquement d'une lampe fluorescente mise au rebut sont sélectivement broyées par le marteau (9) sous l'action d'une force d'impact seulement sans force de compression, force de traction, force de frottement ni force de cisaillement, et sans broyer la partie de base.
