Abstract

 本発明の目的は、金属酸化物透明導電膜と同等の導電性と耐摩耗性、耐摩擦性を有し、かつ優れた屈曲性を有する透明導電膜を提供することにある。 本発明は、高分子基板上に、有機導電膜および金属酸化物透明導電膜が積層されてなるフレキシブル透明導電膜において、該高分子基板上に該有機導電膜が形成され、該有機導電膜上に該金属酸化物透明導電膜が形成され、該金属酸化物透明導電膜に亀裂が形成されていることを特徴とするフレキシブル透明導電膜である。さらに、本発明に係るフレキシブル透明導電膜は、金属酸化物透明導電膜と有機導電膜との界面の電気特性が、付加された電圧の1.65~2.23乗に比例して電流が流れる空間電荷制限電流機構であることを特徴とする。
