Abstract

フィードフォワード制御部(51)は、流体の目標温度、単位時間あたり流量、及び入口温度に基づいて、必要な電力を算出し、この必要な電力を各ヒータ(25)に分配し、各ヒータ(25)を分配された電力に従って動作させるための操作量(MVj_a)を決定し、各加温槽(15)の目標温度(SVj)を算出し、各段のフィードバック制御部(52)は、各加温槽(15)の目標温度(SVj)と出口温度(Toutj)とに基づいて、各ヒータ(25)に対する操作量(MVj_b)を決定し、各段のパワーモジュール(28)は、合計操作量に基づいてヒータ(25)を制御する。
