Abstract
A feedforward control section (51) calculates required electric power based on a target temperature of a fluid, a flow rate of the fluid per unit time, and the temperature of the fluid at an inlet, distributes the required electric power to each heater (25), determines an operation amount (MVj_a) for operating each heater (25) according to the electric power distributed to the heater (25), and calculates the target temperature (SVj) of each heating container (15). Then, a feedback control section (52) at each stage determines an operation amount (MVj_b) for each heater (25) based on the target temperature (SVj) and on the outlet temperature(Toutj) of each heating container (15). A power module (28) at each stage controls each heater (25) based on the sum of the operation amounts.
