Abstract
内視鏡の操作部は、湾曲部を有する挿入部2を備えた挿入部側ハウジング(12)と、本体側ハウジング(13)と、湾曲部を操作する操作レバー(14)とを備える。挿入部側ハウジングは、湾曲部を湾曲させるワイヤ(20a~20d)と、長手方向に進退可能な第一係合部材(19a~19d)と、コイルスプリング(24a~24d)を備える。本体側ハウジングは、操作レバーに接続された操作ワイヤ(29a~29d)と、操作ワイヤに接続され長手方向に進退可能で第一係合部材に係合可能な第二係合部材(27a~27d)と、コイルスプリング(31a~31d)を備える。挿入部側ハウジングと本体側ハウジングをスライドさせて連結すると、第一係合部材と第二係合部材が係合し、操作レバーの作動を挿入部の湾曲部に伝達する。本発明によれば、挿入部側ハウジングを本体側ハウジングに位置合わせせずに交換することができる。
