Description
Title: "DEVICE INTRODUCED IN WEB-CONTROLLED LIQUID AND EFFLUENT DOSER-MIXER" DISCLOSURE OF THE MODEL This matter refers to an Innovation in the liquid and effluent Doser-Mixer that subject matter of the invention patent application Pl 0301170-4, filed on 04/01/2003, comprising a device controlled and read via web, provided with specific characteristics that are sufficient to distinguish it as a state-of-the-art equipment that technical, practical and functional advantages and has conditions to be worthy of the requested protection. The claimed invention consists of a very simple equipment to precisely mix and dose an endless number of types of liquids, provided with high suction power and quick discharge (including perfect and constant mixture ratio) regardless of suction, pressure of outflow. Current systems are constituted of set of devices which presents the following characteristics: Equipment: Softeners, aerators, electrical agitators, dosing pumps, self-cleaning static sieve, suction pimps, discharge, special piping, several valves, compressors, etc. All this equipment comprises expensive and complex assemblies requiring daily maintenance. Installation: Most of equipment is imported, and even national equipment has high market cost. Installation infrastructure is complex, extensive and expensive. Installation workmanship requirement is high. In addition, in many cases a mix of up to 50% of clean water is required to clean the effluent for reuse at work. Space: Systems are constituted of several different apparatuses that occupy significant physical spaces.
With this newly-invented equipment, we will require a surface area smaller than 1 m2, practically no maintenance (because it has very few parts), thus enabling simplicity at high discharge, perfect and constant mixture ratio (regardless of discharge or pressure at each time). There are two models of equipment provided with resting tank or continuous production system, the equipment may be supplied for a capacity up to 90 m3/h or higher, with the same construction and operation simplicity. In general, the invention provides in one single element the functions of collecting liquid (effluent and affluent) and mixing it to chemical and/or biological products, so as to leave the collected liquid mixed and ready for reuse after quick flotation or decantation, at high discharge, suction and efficiency in a space smaller than 1 m2, with low maintenance and handling. The system is offered with manual or automatic operation, web-based remote monitoring and adjustment, provided with terminals for simple or complex automation, and two operation options: resting tank system or continuous production system. Examples of utilization include: - Effluent for treatment The equipment collects the effluent mixes it to appropriate chemical and/or biological products at high speed, without breaking the mixed chemical composition, and discharges the treated water Into a reservoir for work purposes. - Simultaneous combinations of several liquid products for chemical formulas requiring perfect dosage and fast suction and outflow. - Chemical products and other liquids. Because it is extremely simple and provided with very few parts and high accuracy, the equipment
speeds up the production by preventing continuous stoppages for adjustments and repairs, thus allowing a very low maintenance cost To better Illustrate the report reference is made to the attached drawing where: FIGURE 1 - Shows on a schematic diagram the hydraulic circuit of the water treatment equipment describing the equipment operation and the changes by the web-based control. According to that drawing, the invention will allow the suction pump (2.5) to draw the liquid through the valve (1.2), the function of which is retaining all liquid in the piping to prevent loss of vacuum suction in the pump (2.5). With the operation of the pump (2.5), adjusted peristaltic dosing pumps (VDRP) (1.3 & 1.4) (each VDRP for a product) are switched on to allow the product to flow regulated by rotation, thus enabling appropriate dosage, suction and outflow along the pump line (2.5) to mix the formula, what takes place inside the hydraulic mixer (1.5) and is injected by the pump (2.5). As the liquid flows, the pump (2.5) creates a discharge pressure that can be controlled by pressure gauge (2.6A) and viewed on the flow display (2.6B). After this work that takes system, the liquid (e.g., treated water) is pressure-driven to the flocculating-decanting reservoir (2.7) (accessory), which, once full, causes the automatic equipment system to switch off through a sensor (AB). After its flocculation time in the flocculator-decanter (2.7) (accessory), the liquid passes through the filter (2.8) (accessory) and is ready for reuse. After reuse, the liquid goes to the reservoir (oo) (collection box), which, once full, activates the second sensor (ab) that switches on
the automatic equipment system. For continuous equipment, use of flotation or flσcculation- decantatioπ tank is necessary. Because of its advantages, the "DEVICE INTRODUCED IN WEB CONTROLLED LIQUID AND EFFLUENT DOSER-MIXER" have trufy innovating characteristics that are worthy of the Utility Model Patent
Claims
CLAIMS 1a) The" DIVICE INTRODUCED IN WEB CONTROLLED LIQUID AND EFLUENT DOSER-MIXER" is constituted of a suction pump (2.5) that draws the liquid through the valve (1.2), and is characterized for being provided with a web-based dosage control (3.0) through adjusted peristaltic dosing valves (VDRP) (1.3 & 1.4), which allows appropriate dosage, suction discharge through the pump (2.5) and makes the formula mix, which takes places in the hydraulic mixing reservoir (1.5), creates the discharge pressure that can be controlled by the pressure gauge (2.6A) and flow display (2.6B), and then the liquid is pressure- driven to the flotation reservoir or flocculator-decanter (2.7) (accessory), also including a sensor (AB) and a filter (2.8) (accessory) in addition to the pump (2.9) and another reservoir (oo) plus second sensor (ab); for continuous equipment, the use of flocculatioπ or flocculator-decanter is necessary.
