Refere-se o presente objeto a uma inovação no Místurador Dosador de Líquidos e Efluentes objeto de um pedido de patente de invenção PI 0301170-4, depositada em 01/04/2003, com um dispositivo com comando via web, que apresenta características próprias, capaz de distingui-Io do estado da técnica, oferecendo vantagens técnicas, práticas e funcionais, reunindo condições para tornar-se merecedor da proteção pleiteada.DEVICE INTRODUCED IN THE MIXER, DOSER OF LIQUIDS AND EFFLUENTS WITH WEB CONTROL. Description
"DISPOSITIVO INTRODUZIDO NO MISTURADOR, DOSADOR DE LÍQUIDOS E EFLUENTES COM COMANDO VIA WEB". Refere-se o presente objeto a uma inovação no Misturador Dosador de Líquidos e Efluentes, objeto de um pedido de patente de invenção PI 0301170-4, depositada em 01/04/2003, com um dispositivo com comando via web, que apresenta características próprias, capaz de distinguí-lo do estado da técnica, oferecendo vantagens técnicas, práticas e funcionais, reunindo condições para tornar-se merecedor da proteção pleiteada. A invenção, pleiteada anteriormente compõe-se de um equipamento muito simples, para misturar e dosar com precisão uma infinidade de espécies de líquidos, com alto poder de sucção e vazão rápida (com perfeita e constante relação de mistura), independente da sucção, pressão ou vazão. Atualmente, os sistemas são compostos de um conjunto de equipamentos, que apresentem as seguintes características:"DEVICE INTRODUCED IN THE MIXER, DOSER OF LIQUIDS AND EFFLUENTS WITH WEB CONTROL". Currently, systems are composed of a set of equipment, which have the following characteristics:
Equipamentos: Abrandadores, aeradores, agitadores elétricos, bombas dosadoras, peneira estática auto-limpante, bombas de sucção, recalque, encanamentos especiais, válvulas diversas, compressores, etc. Todos estes equipamentos formam conjuntos caros e complexos, de manutenção diária. Instalação: Boa parte dos equipamentos, são importados e mesmo os nacionais, tem alto custo no mercado. A mão de obra de instalação é alta. Além disso, em muitos casos, é necessária uma mistura de 50% de água potável, no tratamento de esgoto para uso no trabalho.
