Abstract

 本発明は、汎用性が高く、より単純な構成でオゾン水を製造することができ、さらには、熱による分解を抑えてより高濃度のオゾン水を製造することができるオゾン水製造装置に関する。O2ガスおよびN2ガスを、オゾナイザー2に導入し、オゾンナイザー2でオゾンを発生させる。発生したオゾンを供給された水と混合したのち、循環用ポンプ4へと導入し、オゾンを水中に溶解させる。循環用ポンプ4への水配管に、オゾナイザー2からの配管をT型のユニオン継ぎ手を用いて接続して、水と発生オゾンガスとを混合する。また、熱交換器5aによって温水を熱媒体としてオゾン水を所定の温度まで加熱する。
