Abstract
L-アミノ酸生産能を有し、かつ、ydcU、yfeK、smpA、htrG、adiC、htrA、ydhK、bacA、yaiW、及びyidQから選択される1又はそれ以上の遺伝子の発現が弱まるように改変された腸内細菌科に属する細菌を培地で培養して、L-アミノ酸を該培地中に蓄積させ、該培地よりL-アミノ酸を採取することにより、L-アミノ酸を製造する。
