Abstract

La présente invention concerne une forme pharmaceutique médicale ayant un premier noyau, un second noyau, et une enveloppe qui entoure une première partie de chaque noyau et un matériau de remplissage qui couvre une seconde partie d'au moins un noyau. Le matériau de remplissage qui couvre au moins un noyau n'est en contact avec aucune partie de l'autre noyau. Les formes pharmaceutiques de l'invention permettent la libération modifiée d'un ou de plusieurs des ingrédients actifs qu'elles contiennent. La présente invention concerne également des procédés de fabrication de ces formes pharmaceutiques médicales.
