Abstract

La présente invention concerne de la sève de raisin contenant en grande quantité du resvératrol (3,5,4-trihydroxystilbène) dont les nombreuses activités et effets physiologiques sont bien connus. De la sève de raisin contenant du resvératrol en grande quantité est obtenue par irradiation d'une branche de vigne avec une dose appropriée de rayons ultraviolets, sur une courte période, à l'aide d'une lampe à ultraviolets ou autre, puis par la taille de la branche de vigne. La sève de raisin, contenant une grande quantité de resvératrol, ainsi obtenue peut servir de matière première pour un produit cosmétique ou peut être utilisée dans un produit cosmétique sans subir de modification.
