Abstract

 穿刺のためのタイミング管理が容易な穿刺装置、血液検査装置及び穿刺方法を提供すること。筐体(22)と、この筐体(22)内に設けられた穿刺手段であるレーザ発射装置(26)と、このレーザ発射装置(26)に対向して設けられた保持部(25)と、この保持部(25)に設けられた負圧室(28a)に負圧を加える負圧手段(28)と、この負圧手段(28)を制御する電気回路部(27)とを備え、レーザ発射装置(26)の動作準備を開始させる第1の皮膚検知センサ(28b)と、この第1の皮膚検知センサ(28b)からの出力に基づいて自動的に穿刺準備完了信号を出力するタイマ(27k)とを設け、このタイマ(27k)の出力に基づいて穿刺手段であるレーザ発射装置(26)からレーザ光(26h)を発射して穿刺する。
