Abstract

　生物個体の生体リズムに関わる情報を取得するための、簡便かつ低侵襲な方法の提供。生物個体の口腔粘膜上皮細胞から抽出した生理活性物質、特にα－アミラーゼの活性値の経時的変化に基づいて、前記生物個体の生体リズムに関わる情報を取得する方法を提供する。この方法では、生理活性物質の活性値の経時的変化を示す活性変動曲線を、生体リズムを推定するための分子時刻表として利用し、生物個体の生体リズムのずれを検出することが可能である。
