Abstract
L'invention visant à améliorer l'adhésion à un PVA (à savoir, un film de base pour un film de polarisation) lors de la stratification en un film de polarisation, un film anti-éblouissement est proposé. Ledit film présente une excellente résistance de film même après qu'une couche anti-éblouissement dans celui-ci est saponifiée par des alcalis, et la résistance de film est à peine réduite après que le film anti-éblouissement est soumis à un test de durabilité lors d'une exposition à l'ozone. L'invention propose en outre un film anti-reflet anti-éblouissement, une plaque de polarisation et un dispositif d'affichage utilisant chacun le film anti-éblouissement. L'invention concerne particulièrement un film anti-éblouissement comportant un film de base transparent et une couche anti-éblouissement formée sur le film de base, la couche anti-éblouissement comportant un polymère greffé fluor-siloxane, une résine pouvant durcir par rayonnement d'énergie active et des microparticules de résine acrylique contenant du fluor. De préférence, les microparticules de résine acrylique contenant du fluor sont des microparticules de poly(méthacrylate de méthyle) contenant du fluor et la résine pouvant durcir par rayonnement d'énergie active est une résine pouvant durcir par rayonnement ultraviolet. La couche anti-éblouissement contient de préférence une résine de copolymère fluor-acrylique.
