Abstract

貫通孔（１）を有したダイアフラム（２）と、ダイアフラム（２）を支持するとともにキャビティ（４）を有したフレーム（３）とを備え、フレーム（３）に端面（５）から切り溝（６）を設けるとともに、切り溝（６）の壁面を親水性としたものである。この構成によれば、貫通孔（１）の近傍における気泡の発生を抑制するとともに、残留した気泡を効率良く除去することができる。その結果、貫通孔（１）の近傍に付着した気泡を除去し、センサの測定に対する信頼性を向上させることができる。
