Abstract
본 발명은 시스템의 구성을 단순화시켜 장치의 부피를 작게 할 뿐만 아니라 원료를 투입하는 것부터 모든 공정이 자동으로 수행되도록 하여 작동이 매우 쉽게 실행되게 하고 바이오 디젤을 제조하는데 걸리는 작업시간 및 작업공정을 단축시킬 수 있게 하는 바이오디젤 제조시스템 및 그의 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 공급된 원료에 포함되어 있는 이물질 및 수분 등을 제거하는 전처리부; 상기 전처리부에 의해 처리된 후 공급된 원료를 촉매제를 이용하여 가공하는 제조부; 상기 제조부를 통해 가공된 생성물을 포집하는 수거부; 및 상기 전처리부, 상기 제조부 및 상기 수거부의 작동을 제어하는 제어부;로 이루어지며, 여기서, 상기 전처리부, 상기 제조부 및 상기 수거부는 상기 전처리부로 공급되는 원료의 양과 상기 수거부에서 수거되는 생성물의 양에 따라 상기 제어부에 의해 일괄 배치식으로 자동으로 작동되게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
