Abstract

본 발명은 무릎관절을 대체할 수 있는 개선된 포스트 및 캠구조를 갖는 인공슬관절에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 대퇴골의 경골측 말단에 결합되는 대퇴골 결합부재와, 경골의 대퇴골측 말단에 결합되는 경골 결합부재와, 상기 대퇴골 결합부재와 상기 경골 결합부재의 사이에 위치하는 베어링 부재로 이루어지며, 상기 대퇴골 결합부재는 캠을 포함하고 상기 베어링 부재는 포스트를 포함하는 후방십자인대 제거형 PS 타입의 인공슬관절에 있어서, 상기 베어링 부재의 포스트 및 상기 대퇴골 결합부재의 캠 구조를 개선하여 상기 대퇴골 결합부재가 상기 베어링 부재의 상면에서 평면상으로 약간 회전하는 경우 그 운동을 자연스럽게 하여 상기 포스트의 손상을 최소화할 수 있도록 하며, 특히 포스트의 전방 함몰부를 통하여 대퇴골 결합부재가 무릎 안쪽까지 굽혀지는 경우(Flection) 보다 자연스러운 굴림운동이 가능하도록 하며, 굴림운동에 따라 완전히 굽혀지는 경우 전방에 있는 슬개골과의 충돌을 방지하여 자연스러운 굽힘운동이 가능하도록 하는 인공슬관절에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명의 개선된 포스트 및 캠구조를 갖는 인공슬관절은 상기 대퇴골 결합부재의 캠의 위치를 전방에서 상측으로 보다 높게 위치시켜 Jump Distance를 높힘으로써 무릎을 굽히는 경우 탈구되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 보다 많은 굽힘이 가능하도록 유도할 수 있게 된다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은, 대퇴골의 경골 측 말단에 결합되는 대퇴골 결합부재와, 경골의 상기 대퇴골 측 말단에 결합되는 경골 결합부재와, 상기 대퇴골 결합부재와 상기 경골 결합부재의 사이에 위치하는 베어링 부재를 포함하는 후방십자인대 제거형 PS 타입의 인공슬관절에 있어서, 상기 베어링 부재는 후방 곡률부가 형성된 포스트를 포함하며, 상기 대퇴골 결합부재는 상기 포스트에 접촉하여 평면상 회전할 수 있도록 상기 후방 곡률부에 대응된 곡률로 이루어진 포스트 접촉곡률부가 형성된 캠을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 슬관절을 제공한다.
