Abstract

본 발명은 무릎관절을 대체할 수 있는 베어링 부재에 곡률부가 형성된 인공슬관절에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 대퇴골의 경골측 말단에 결합되는 대퇴골 결합부재와, 경골의 대퇴골측 말단에 결합되는 경골 결합부재로 이루어진 인공슬관절에 있어서, 상기 대퇴골 결합부재와 경골 결합부재의 사이에 위치하는 베어링 부재를 평면상으로 보았을 때, 상면 홈부(Groove)의 곡률이 전방 측과 후방 측이 다른 곡률을 갖도록 함으로써, 실제 무릎운동과 흡사하게 설계된 인공슬관절에 관한 것이다. 또한, 상기 베어링은 측면에서 보았을 때 전방 쪽의 곡률과 후방 쪽의 곡률이 상이하게 설계되도록 하여 전방 쪽은 높고 곡률이 작도록 헝성하여 전방의 탈구를 방지하고, 후방 쪽은 낮고 곡률이 크게 형성하도록 하여 후방 측에서 보다 자연스러운 곡률작용(Flection)이 일어날 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은, 대퇴골의 경골 측 말단에 결합되는 대퇴골 결합부재와, 경골의 상기 대퇴골 측 말단에 결합되는 경골 결합부재와, 상기 대퇴골 결합부재와 상기 경골 결합부재의 사이에 위치하는 베어링 부재를 포함하고, 상기 베어링 부재는 실제 무릎운동과 흡사하게 무릎 관절이 움직일 수 있도록 상부면에 평면 전방곡률부 및 평면 후방곡률부가 형성된 홈부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재에 곡률부가 형성된 인공 슬관절을 제공한다.
