Furthermore, the close contact part 10 is formed relatively thin to provide more excellent elasticity and softness, whereby the close contact part 10 can be in close contact with the broken area 40 and provide excellent water-tightness.
  • the iron plate part 20 is mounted at the back of the close contact part 10 and adapted to raise a fixing force between the close contact part 10 and the fixing part 30, which have magnetism, and seals the broken area 40 together with the close contact part 10.
  • the iron plate part 20 has the same width as the close contact part 10. It is preferable that the iron plate part 20 is constructed of a thin plate type of about 2mm to have the same elasticity and softness as the close contact part 10.
  • the close contact part 10 may have retaining jaws 10a formed at both end portions thereof and the iron plate part 20 may have retaining rods 20a formed at both end portions thereof and corresponding to the retaining jaws 10a, so that the retaining rods 20a of the iron plate part 20 are joined to the retaining jaws 10a of the close contact part 10.
  • the fixing part 30 is constructed of a member having a strong magnetism to keep a sealed state of the broken area 40 due to the close contact between the close contact part 10 and the iron plate part 20, and it is more preferable that the fixing parts 30 are constructed of neodymium magnets having a magnetic force within a range of 3,000 gauss to raise the fixing force through the strong magnetism.
  • the fixing part 30 has a diameter of 50mm and 4 to 6 fixing parts
  • the fixing parts 30 are individually attached to the back of the close contact part 10 and the iron plate part 20, so that the broken area 40 can be sealed through the close contact part 10 and the iron plate part 20 since the strong magnetic force of the fixing parts 30 is transferred not only to the iron plate part 20 and the close contact part 10 but also to the surface of the vessel 50.
  • the workers check whether or not oil or gas flows out from the broken area 40.
  • the workers disassemble the fixing parts 30 using tools and carry out re- operations if there is any outflow, but withdraw or move to another broken area if there is no outflow.

  • the iron plate part 20 has grooves 60 for inserting the fixing parts 30 thereto, so that the fixing parts 30 are mounted close to the surface of the vessel 50, whereby the hermetic sealing device 100 can raise water-tightness of the broken area 40 and be easily fixed to the broken area 40 of the vessel 50 since the fixing parts 30 are located inside the iron plate part 20.

  • the uniting among the close contact part 10, the iron plate part 20 and the projectedly blocking part 110 can be achieved through one of various well-known technologies, such as welding, screw-coupling, bonding, and so on.
  • fixing parts 30 having magnetism to fix the iron plate part 20 to the close contact part 10, which is in close contact with the broken area 40 are disposed in the same way as the first preferred embodiment.
  • a portion including the through hole (h 1 ) formed at the central portion of the iron plate part 20 may be forcedly projected to the outside through an extrusion or the like, and then, the insertion space (p) for inserting the blocking shield (p 1 ) thereto may be formed on the projected side.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'étanchéité hermétique pour la réparation en urgence de navires. Le dispositif d'étanchéité hermétique est étroitement fixé sur une surface rompue du navire afin de réparer en urgence le corps du navire lorsque le corps du navire est rompu par un choc externe ou une collision, ce qui permet ainsi de remédier initialement à la rupture du navire. Le dispositif d'étanchéité hermétique (100) comprend: un élément de contact étroit (10) venant en contact étroit avec la surface rompue du corps du navire; un élément de plaque en fer (20) monté à l'arrière de l'élément de contact étroit (10) afin d'accroître une force de fixation entre l'élément de contact étroit (10) et des éléments de fixation (30); et des éléments de fixation (30) pour la fixation de l'élément de contact étroit (10) et de l'élément de plaque en fer (20) sur la surface rompue (40) du navire (50), de sorte que la surface rompue (40) du navire (50) devient étanche de manière à empêcher un écoulement d'huile ou de gaz à partir de la surface rompue (40) lorsque le navire (50) est rompu. Ainsi, le dispositif d'étanchéité hermétique (100) permet de remédier en urgence et initialement à la rupture du navire (50) pour ainsi empêcher des accidents d'envergure, de réduire la main d'oeuvre nécessaire pour un travail de réparation du fait que le travail de réparation est simple et ledit dispositif peut être utilisé de manière semi-permanente.
