Abstract

L'invention porte sur des dispositifs d'affichage à cristaux liquides transmissif et réflectif/transmissif, ayant une qualité d'affichage améliorée, dans lesquels des franges d'interférence provoquées par une lumière réfléchie sont empêchées. Le dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides comprend un premier substrat, une couche de cristaux liquides et un second substrat, dans cet ordre vers une surface d'affichage. Au moins l'un des premier et second substrats a des projections diélectriques se projetant vers une couche de cristaux liquides. Sur le premier substrat, des films réfléchissants sont régulièrement agencés et chevauchent les projections diélectriques lorsqu'elles sont observées dans une vue en plan. Le film réfléchissant a des protubérances faisant saillie vers la surface d'affichage.
