Abstract

 本発明により提供される太陽電池用ペースト状組成物は、レーザー回折法に基づく粒度分布のD50が3μm以下であり且つD10とD90との比(D10/D90)が0.2以上であることを特徴とする小粒径アルミニウム粉末と、D50が小粒径アルミニウム粉末のD50の2~6倍であり且つD10/D90が0.2以上であることを特徴とする大粒径アルミニウム粉末とを混合することにより調製された混合アルミニウム粉末を含む。
